Join the “Feeding Baltimore” Facebook group. Search the timeline for giveaways or post asking where they’re happening that day.

When you go, tell the organizers you’re picking up for multiple families — they’ll often fill your vehicle!

cook and donate prepared meals

Make fresh meals for the fridge. Use your own ingredients or ingredients that have been obtained through giveaways.

Label each container with: What it is, a “Made on” date, any possible allergens (like nuts, dairy, etc.)

Deliver your meals to the nearest fridge. Even if you use donated food, it’s OK to keep some for your family if you need it.

Join the Baltimore Community Fridge Network Facebook group to be notified of transport needs as they occur.

Pick up and deliver donated groceries or prepared meals from local partners.
